Misdirected Human Energy

The 'function' of this guy is to collect and clear rubbish from 17th floor to 1st floor of my condo everyday .He has been doing this job for 2 decades and his monthly wage is about $ 225 .There can be no talk of Real Wealth if a man is doomed to collect rubbish for 20 years of his life. What he gives to the world is only gray and hideous things, reflecting a dull and hideous existence -too weak to live, too cowardly to die. There is no possibility for him to choose the mode of work, the conditions of work, and the freedom to work and of course there is no free display of human energy in himself !

What does the history of parliamentarism show? Nothing but failure and defeat, not even a single reform to improve the economic and social stress of the people.

What a load of unmittigated rubbish. He's free to do what he wants, he has chosen to remain in the job. Don't blame 'parliamentarism' or whatever you mean by that for his failure to improve himself.

one morning while i was in my garden, a road sweeper came to me and asked for a glass of water. we had a chat. he has a family of three to feed and his monthly income is only RM350. no one can help this problem. not even the government. there's no one to be blamed.

...aye aye... I agree that doing that job is more than a little miserable, but surely blaming "parliamentalism" in a two par post is a bit simplistic...
