Free music comes at a price, and not only to the artist persay... there are viruses and other malware running rampant on P2P networks, so just beware! Free sometimes has a pricetag!

Gotta love the Swedish Government and their lax protection of copywrite laws.
As for BitTorrent, as long as there are countries out there that don't forbid the sharing of information (trackers) as to where to get copywrite materials, then it'll all work out for awhile...
The main problem comes with being in the US, or other countries that are actually checking on this stuff (MPAA, RIAA) that are going to be the bastards. Even with P2P I don't download music or movies. Even with a quality firewall and PeerGuardian2 running. Just not worth the risk of getting nabbed.
Don't know where you are, but here in the US it's just not worth it.
